- Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently clean and polish
- For gold-plated jewellery, avoid over-polishing to protect the layer of gold

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees. These must be paid by the recipient.
We hope that you are pleased with your order. However, if you would like to return an item, please contact us. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your package.
All returns must be unworn and in their original condition. Returns must also be sent back in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund for items lost or damaged in transit. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
